Our story

Shason Innovfix Labs is a tech services studio operating across product development, branding, eCommerce, and consulting. We work with founders, product leaders, and enterprise teams who need a single accountable partner — not a relay race between three agencies.
Our pods are small, capped in size, and led by someone you can reach. We avoid the staffing pyramid that turns most agencies into invoices. The work is boringly well-built, documented, and handed over so your team can extend it the day after launch.
We say no often — to projects we can’t staff well, to scope we can’t deliver cleanly, and to tools we don’t actually believe in. That’s why our average engagement runs longer than our first SOW; clients keep coming back.

A few principles we don’t bend on.
Write things down
Decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations live in writing. Meetings exist to decide; they don’t replace docs.
Default to boring
Established stacks beat exciting stacks. We use the new thing only when it pays for the risk it carries.
Hands-on delivery
No junior-on-junior pairs while the bill clocks up. Every person on the project ships independently.
Own the handover
If your team can’t run the codebase a month after we leave, we failed. Documentation and training are deliverables, not afterthoughts.
Say no clearly
We pass on projects we can’t staff well or scope cleanly. A clean “no” beats a messy “yes.”
Measure outcomes
Velocity is not an outcome. Conversion, retention, uptime, and revenue are. We help define them up front.
