What sizes of project do you take on?
Most builds are six to fourteen weeks. We also take on three-to-four-month platform builds and ongoing retainers. We turn down anything we can’t staff end-to-end.
Do you work fixed price or time & materials?
Both. Discovery sprints and bounded builds are fixed scope. Long platform work, retainers, and team augmentation are usually T&M with caps.
Who owns the code, assets, and IP?
You do, from day one. Repos sit in your org or get transferred at handover. We retain nothing except the right to mention the engagement, with permission.
Can you work with our existing engineers?
Yes — most of our work is shoulder-to-shoulder with in-house teams. We follow your conventions, sit in your standups, and leave the codebase healthier than we found it.
How fast can we start?
Two to three weeks from signed SOW for most engagements. Faster for retainer top-ups and team augmentation.
What if scope changes mid-build?
We run a written change-control process. Small changes get absorbed; bigger ones get scoped, priced, and approved before they hit the backlog. No surprise invoices.
