    Goals, constraints, and timeline. We tell you honestly if we’re a good fit. If not, we point you to someone who is.

    Proposal & estimate

    Written scope, deliverables, team, timeline, and price. Plus the risks we’re watching.

  4. 04 · Day 10–14

    Sign & kickoff

    SOW signed, project board set up, kickoff workshop scheduled. Work starts the next business day.

What should I include in the brief?

A sentence on what you’re building, who it’s for, your rough timeline, and any constraints. Links to existing assets, repos, or competitors are welcome. Don’t worry about polish.

I’m not sure what I need yet.

That’s fine — most clients aren’t. Send what you have in your email. Our first call is about scoping the question, not selling.

Do you sign NDAs before discovery calls?

Yes — happy to sign yours, or we can send ours. We keep client work confidential by default.
